The hotel itself was OK.but so not worth the money. The snotty attitude and the fact that they just said, 'she was told.' I wasn't.and it took me searching to find where the policy was actually listed. We stayed in the hotel lobby.thank goodness my daughter and my nephew (1 and 2, respectively) are really good kids.

I don't know the area and it was literally for an hour. He suggested that we go somewhere else.like a restaurant. The very helpful (sarcasm) manager looked at the computer and said, 'it states here she was notified.' That computer could say I was president, doesn't make it so. We spoke to a manager and said it was literally only for an hour and I was NEVER told of the policy. My mom brought my daughter down to see me (an hour drive) and only when they arrived did I find out they could not come upstairs.

After the weekend, I even check on their site to find said policy.I only found it on the reservation page (which as I mentioned, I called in to get the bride's group rate). I called for the reservation and was not told.my friend called to confirm the reservations and was not told.when I checked in.I was not told.there was no sign anywhere. Finally, I was never told of their 21 and older policy for the hotel. I could hear everything from the hall.heard when the groomsmen return to their rooms, etc. Then, the cable constantly went out.I would say it was not working more than it was working.and I wasn't even in the hotel for very much during the weekend. I mentioned this to the bride (I was the maid of honor) as she had problems with the hotel even before this. While I was dressing in the bathroom and my friend was on the phone, someone POUNDED on the door.didn't even wait a second before he opened the door and YELLED 'BELLMAN!'.he had no idea what he could have been walking in on.my friend said the guy was completely rude to him and stormed out after the delivery of the welcome bag. Apparently, there were to be welcome bags in the room when we arrived. I had to stay at Harrah's for a was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
